ADCATherm® Flash Steam Heat Recovery Unit ADCA FRECO

• Function

  Packages built to promote heat recovery from flash steam, condensate or both. Especially recommended for heating a continuous flow of fluid, such as make-up water to a boiler feedwater system.

• Use

  Steam, water, hot condensate and other fluids compatible with the construction.

• Maximum allowable (primary) pressure

  up to 13 bar for saturated steam

• Maximum allowable (primary) temperature

  for saturated steam: 250 ºC

• Сondensate heating

  above 100 ºC

• Steam boiler(s) perating pressure(s) and temperature

  boilers up to 20 bar – 220 ºC

• Trap discharge capacity

  Max.: up to 50000 kg/h

• Differential pressure on trap

  Delta P: 4,5 , 10 and 12 bar

• Pipework pressure rating

  PN 16

• Non-standard design

  Atmospherically vented units, to avoid extra back pressure in the condensate return system,
  Different types of materials and designs available, according to the application.
